Spa Policies and Information
Products Used : The products we use are as important as the quality of our therapists - together they must work in synergy with your body to create the best outcome - we use products as close to nature as possible, that give us the results we need to refine, nurture and treat your skin.
For facial treatments we use La Clinica. This beautiful Australian made product range uses natural organic ingredients, no parabens, no SLES, and does no animal testing, yet , because they use such high quality and maximum doses of vitamins and actives in their range, the products are so powerful as to be deemed cosmeceuticals. La Clinica products are available for purchase at the Day Spa and online on our site.
For the body we use Hydr8. This range is again Australian made and uses natural ingredients for results and essential oils for scent. Scents such as the Tropical Body Scrub and Chocolate Detox Mud make the spa and you smell simply divine. Hydr8 products are also available for purchase at the Day Spa and online.

General Information : Lavenderluscious Spa is available to you on any day except Sunday, but by appointment only. We recommend booking in as far in advance as you can to guarantee availability and to allow us to arrange our best therapists for your particular treatment request.
Attire : Your comfort is our priority. Disposable undergarments and spa robes are provided for body polishes and wraps.
Spa Etiquette : Maximize your unique Lavenderluscious Spa experience by arriving 10 minutes prior to your designated appointment. This fosters a relaxing treatment outcome and avoids reduced treatment time. If re-scheduling an appointment, 24 hours notice would be greatly appreciated. We discourage the use of mobile telephones while a guest of Lavenderlucious Spa, time out is specifically for you.
Cancellation Policy : Our time, as is yours, is valuable. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us the courtesy of 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee. All deluxe bookings will require credit card details as a guarantee and may be used for cancellation fee if notice is not given. Booking of appointments is acknowledgement of these terms.
Health Considerations : Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult your Doctor before seeking spa services. Please inform us of allergies and current medications as some services may not be suitable. Health expert's advise to replace fluids and avoid vigorous activity for 1 hour after spa therapy. Please also inform us if you suffer claustrophobia.
Modesty : Our team of professional beauty and body therapists are trained in the art of draping, ensuring your personal privacy at all times.
After Spa Care : For you to fully enjoy the benefit of your experience we recommend the intake of plenty of water after your spa visit. We are here to help with home care advice too.
Timing : In order to get the most out of your experience, we recommend you allow an extra 20 minutes overall for your treatment, so that you have time to change and relax before and after we pamper you.

How to Get to LavenderluScious Day Spa (Click map to enlarge)
When travelling from Sydney/Katoomba along the Great Western Highway, go through Medlow Bath. After the lights start looking for the "150m to turn off for Evans Lookout" sign. Turn right into Evans Lookout Road at Blackheath from the highway
Travel over 1km down this road, look for Lavender Manor on your right, No 117, big Lavender coloured house. Please park outside the manor. Walk up to back of driveway and enter the day spa. Please do NOT knock on the door of the main house as guests may be staying there.
