Home Bliss
Fill your bath tub with warm but not too hot water, light some candles in the bathroom and turn out the lights. Turn on some soft "spa" style music and create the ambience you need to relax. Standing in the bath, use our Lavenderlusciousness Body Scrub to exfoliate the body in upward, circular movements, towards the heart (then downwards for decolletage and shoulder region). Then drop into the bath and soak your cares away; the minerals will be a tonic for weary muscles and the shea nut butter will melt into the warm water delivering unsurpassed softness to the skin. Conclude with a cool shower and dry off briskly with a crunchy towel to stimulate the skin. Apply our delicious Lavender and Vanilla body lotion all over your body and apply silky soles to your feet, then place cotton socks over to intensify the effect overnight. (This is especially good to do in summer when our poor soles harden because of wearing sandals and thongs). Make a cup of Relax or Bliss tea and retire for the evening, blissed out.
Good Enough to Eat
This one is great to do prior to going out for the night : Enter your shower with our Lavender and Coconut exfoliator at hand. Exfoliate your damp body all over with the creamy walnut husk based cream using circular upward movements, towards the heart (then downwards for décolletage and shoulder region). Rinse well to remove all those delicious grains. Step into a Lavenderluscious soft fluffy robe, then apply Lavender and Vanilla Body Lotion all over your body, paying particular attention to any dry areas of skin. Heavenly Heels
Well groomed feet make a woman feel special and they make her look special too. Cracked heels are unpleasant to look at, and painful too! Try this little treat once a month and make sure you apply our Lavender and Lime Foot Balm nightly - it really does work! Take a foot spa and place over a towel spread on the floor (if you don't have one just use a washing up bowl or similar) place warm water and a few drops of Hydr8 soaking drops into the water. Soak for 10 mins (turn foot spa on if you have one), read a relaxing book or magazine - you deserve it! Apply our salt scrub to the feet in circular movements, focusing on dry areas, return feet to the spa for another 10 mins, pull feet out and dry with towel, put foot spa aside. Cut and shape nails if needed, apply our Lavender and Lime foot balm and rub into the feet well. Be more generous than usual, using several applications if needed. There, now you, and others, can enjoy your beautiful feet!
