Our Promise Allow yourself to be seduced into deep relaxation, we will take care of the rest and promise you will emerge, refreshed and rejuvenated – every time… General Information : Lavenderluscious Spa is available to you as a resident of Lavender Manor on any day except Sunday and public holidays, but by appointment only between 9am and 5.30pm. We recommend booking in as far in advance as you can to guarantee availability and to allow us to arrange our best therapists for your particular treatment request. More than one treatment must be booked in order for the spa to open. Attire : Your comfort is our priority. Disposable undergarments and spa robes are provided for body polishes and wraps. Spa Etiquette : Maximize your unique Lavenderluscious Spa experience by arriving 5 minutes prior to your designated appointment. This fosters a relaxing treatment outcome and avoids reduced treatment time. If re-scheduling an appointment, 24 hours notice would be greatly appreciated. We discourage the use of mobile telephones while a guest of Lavenderluscious Spa, time out is specifically for you. Cancellation Policy : Our time, as is yours, is valuable. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us the courtesy of 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee. All bookings will require prepayment to allow your therapist to focus on your treatment rather than the payment process. Booking of appointments is acknowledgement of these terms. Health Considerations : Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult your Doctor before seeking spa services. Please inform us of allergies and current medications as some services may not be suitable. Health expert's advise to replace fluids and avoid vigorous activity for 1 hour after spa therapy. Please also inform us if you suffer claustrophobia. Modesty : Our team of professional beauty and body therapists are trained in the art of draping, ensuring your personal privacy at all times. After Spa Care : For you to fully enjoy the benefit of your experience we recommend the intake of plenty of water after your spa visit. Timing : In order to get the most out of your experience, we recommend you allow an extra 20 minutes overall for your treatment , so that you have time to change and relax before and after we pamper you. Facilities : At Lavenderluscious Day Spa we have 3 treatment rooms plus a relaxing reception area with two sofas to sink into before and after your treatment. And you have the luxury of being able to pad across the garden back to your bed for a snooze afterwards! Select your journey from our treatments available.. All treatments have a summary at the end of their description to make picking one easier for you – if you are stressed we always recommend picking one that has a body massage/back massage element in it as this is probably what you are looking for to assist with your stress Our treatments have a time guide to allow (x) minutes, this timing includes your changing and settling in time so you can plan your day. MASSAGE There's nothing like a good massage to relax you. We recommend more than an hour if you can. Relaxation personified, the warmth of the smooth stones intensifies the effect of the massage as we use these beautiful Hahana volcanic stones, that have been smoothed over thousands of years by gently flowing water currents, in your massage to absorb tension and assist in loosening muscles. We begin with a deeply relaxing scalp massage, next we apply our creamy body scrub. After a warm shower, return for a full body massage, arms, legs, back and shoulders are relaxed with expert hands and your level of bliss continues to rise. Finally we apply our luscious body masque which hydrates and softens the skin beautifully. We then create a cocoon of warmth for the masque to infuse further and apply a rich nourishing facial cream with a relaxing massage, removing tension from the face. Your journey begins with a yummy foot spa and exfoliation, the relaxation continues soothing away stress with a full body massage. A mini facial with specialized eye treatment readies your skin for a great night in with red wine by the fire – pure heaven Summary : Foot spa, foot exfoliation, full body massage, mini facial, eye treatment Tip to Toe Heaven : Allow 120mins $235 This treatment includes everything you love. A soothing back massage starts your journey, the feet then experience a refreshing exfoliation and massage with our beautifully rich foot balm. Then our signature facial, with full facial massage and a delicious scalp massage to finish. It's quite simply heaven from your tip to your toes. COUPLES PACKAGES We have a treatment room available where couples or good friends can have their treatments done at the same time. Tense muscles relax with a blissful scalp massage whilst a specially chosen facial masque and intensive serum infuse into your skin. Designed to freshen and bring alive tired skin. Pure accents of collagen, highly effective dermabrasion and even Caviar assist to reduce lines, plump up the skin and feel alive. This facial is not recommended for young or highly sensitive skin. Please note this is a spa style treatment with no cuticle or nail work and no painting of the nails – keeping the treatment as close to nature as possible Eye Zone : Allow ex tra 20 mins : $30 : Lashings of hydrating eye gel and collagen infused eye pads refresh and relax tired eyes, reduce fine lines.
